Vendors & Displays

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for vendors to join us at the Triennial Clergy Synaxis and Archdiocese of Canada (OCA) Assembly from July 13-17, 2026 at Ambrose University in Calgary, AB.

During the week, there will be a dedicated space for exhibitors to display causes, wares, etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your offerings to Assembly attendees.

The deadline to apply for the 2026 Assembly is July 5, 2026.

  • Anyone wanting to rent a table in the exhibit area must complete and return the attached contract application with the requisite fees or deposits.

    All exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

  • Vendor/exhibitor displays will be located in a spacious room next to the Ambrose chapel space. This area will be locked at the end of each day.

    We will supply vendors/exhibitors covered tables and two chairs for each booth. Each table is 18 inches by 5 feet.

    The fee for the first table is $100, and each additional table is $50.

  • July 5: Deadline to submit vendor application.

    July 13: Vendor setup 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

    July 13-17: Assembly.

    July 17: Vendor take down 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
